Ministry can be difficult. Schools teach us the spiritual applications and meanings from the Word. But the Minister has to have a increased skill set to be effective in the work. Here are five books that will help.
1. Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
2. How to Win Friends and Influence People.
3. Influence: the psychology of persuasion.
4. Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
5. Beyond Reason: using emotions to negotiate.
