Article in the Gospel Advocate

http://www.whiterockfund.org/img/gospeladvocate.jpgAs most people know, I am a big fan of the Gospel Advocate.  I always look forward to receiving the latest issue each month.  Mostly, I have a personal relationship with the majority of the authors, so it is a great treat to see what they are saying and thinking.  This month I received a box in the mail and felt the positive vibe that this was the three copies that the Gospel Advocate will send if they published your article.  I remember the first time they published an article of mine and sent the package, I had no clue why the Gospel Advocate was sending me something.  I opened it and was so excited.  Charity and I went out to supper to celebrate.

This time the Advocate published a special article that Charity and I wrote together.  It was the story of how Gabrielle got better from her eczema.  During this stressful season, Charity and I prayed a lot, but we noticed that our prayers changed and we changed as this battle for her skin continued.  It was a honor to write with Charity, and it was a honor for the Gospel Advocate to publish our work because it was so close to our hearts.

If you can, get a copy of the article and read it.  It might not be the best writing on my part, Charity did great, but it does tell a story of God that we are proud of.
