I read your article and I appreciate the attitude of love and deference you ascribed to both generations in order to maintain the bond of unity in the church. We need more intergenerational exposure in many congregations. One of the elderly ladies in my home congregation wrote to me regularly when I was away at college and it developed into an unexpected friendship that I treasured. bonniebeth It IS an honor to be published in the Advocate.
