Musings on Spiritual Matters

Today was an amazing day. I had the opportunity to attend the Heritage Christian University Lectureship this morning. At 11:30am, I was involved in the contract signing for my first book that is going to be published by Heritage Christian University Press. The book is about the advice that Paul gives Timothy on how to be a godly minister. I am not sure when the book will be for sale, but hopefully it will be soon. It was great to be in partnership with Heritage Christian. This was the school that I attended for the B.A degree. Also, I am donating all profit from this book to the University. Years ago, Heritage gave me a full scholarship to attend and this is a small way of repaying the favor.

Also, yesterday I received a “Think” magazine in the mail. It was given with a little note thanking me for my article. “Think” is published by Focus Press. It is a work of Brad Harrub and Jim Palmer. It is the first time that I have been published in this magazine. I was honored to be included.

Now for the best news of all. I was interviewed at the team party for the Nashville Predators. Please check out the interview. Hopefully this will secure some season tickets.
