Sunday morning is a wonderful time. I am excited to worship and preach. All week I have been preparing a lesson to give and on Sunday the delivery is due. Sunday is a predictive routine. Arising at the same time, going to the building early for prayer and preparation. I look forward to the faces, the fellowship, the communion, and the preaching. I love Sunday’s. The only negative on a Sunday is when Alabama has won a big college football game. There are few teams that really annoy me and Alabama is one of them. All those fans prancing around being proud. Saban got lucky, the freshmen are not that good, and Clemson is not a SEC team. Before you celebrate, wait a few weeks first, and show a little class.

And act like you been there before, but wait you have not in years.
don’t hate…
… time will tell. But be fair to us, let us enjoy a good win as much as we hate a loss.
I love Sunday worship and fellowship too!
I am shocked that Sonny has not been crowing about the win. I am building up for the Vols showdown.
My brother, my brother. I can’t believe that you are, well I just can’t believe it. Hey, did you hear that Phi Fulmer suspended vols football this year? Yea, he called all the players in and told them to go home and spend time with their families during difficult times like we are in. One ask what was happening? Phil said, “haven’t you heard” Russia bombed Georgia and since we are next door they might bomb us next”
Last night the freshman were that good. and Clemson is a good team. We shut them downnnnnnnnnnnn. I love you brother just don’t where you got off so hard on Bama. You know it is going to be fun in October.
I love worship. We had a good day today. Got to the building at 6 AM and had a good morning preparing myself to lead God’s wonderful people Bible study.
I really don’t crow over wins. just when you cry I crow. HA!
Boy, i left out several words in that last post. Guess I was so hurt over Matthew’s mean remarks.
Good to hear from you Sonny, loved the Phil joke. Also, beware of continued trash talking through the college football season.
You don’t get ‘lucky’ by blowing the other team’s O & D lines off the ball like we did…
I’m not going to pretend that we’re going to win 10+ games this year or anything, or that we’ll repeat the 41-17 beat-down in October, but Sat’s game was impressive…
Maybe you can experience the thrill of victory tonight in LA
