Yesterday was a terrible college football day for me. I truly believed that the Tennessee Volunteers were going to beat the LSU Tigers. They could have accomplished this feat but two costly mistakes put the game into LSU hands. A sad defeat for a great comeback team. Also, the West Virgina Mountaineers were defeated by Pittsburgh. This was never expect as WVU were a four touchdown favorites. But the Mountaineers could not pull off the win. I really felt that when Pat White came back into the game, magic would happen. This stopped WVU’s national champion hopes. It was truly a sad day in college football.

It has been one crazy year of football.
Perhaps next year … Roll Tide.

Okay, I am still getting over WV lossing to Pitt. I am surprised at how much a football team can mean to me. I do not know anyone on WV’s team and yet I can get so upset at a loss that I loss sleep over it.
To my discredit I do not find myself lossing much sleep over the loss of soul’s compared to football games. What’s up with that???
Maybe it has something to do with Pitt being the great Satan.
Roger, over and out
BTW: Thanks for using a picture from a better game!!!
